The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering novel, high-assurance software products to National Security customers. You’ll get hands-on with leading-edge technologies and enjoy the variety of building products from scratch, integrating complex systems, and consulting directly with end users.

You’ll also work closely with experts in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security, so it’s a great place to expand your skillset and stay at the forefront of tech in a secure, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clean, secure code using a test-driven approach
• Translating logical designs into well-structured, scalable software
• Building APIs, user interfaces, and backend services
• Developing and maintaining components such as data pipelines, data stores, and RESTful APIs
• Collaborating with user researchers to understand real user needs
• Participating in agile ceremonies and working with product owners, testers, and researchers

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience with some of the following will help:

• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, or C++
• Frameworks: React, AngularJS, or Vue.js
• Web technologies: Node.js, Nginx, Caddy, Uvicorn
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• Containerisation: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
• A fast learner – able to pick up new tools and technologies quickly as needed

Security Clearance
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for DV clearance. This means you must be a British Citizen and have lived in the UK continuously for the past 10 years.
